Бизнес-модель: что это такое и почему о ней так много говорят?
В мире стартапов много и часто рассуждают о таком важном моменте, как разработка бизнес-модели проекта. Без нее, судя по словам экспертов, компания просто не может существовать, а инвесторы гарантированно откажутся вкладывать деньги. Что представляет собой бизнес-модель, и почему она на самом деле так популярна, читайте в нашей статье.
Основа основЗаглянув в Википедию, вы обнаружите следующее определение бизнес-модели: «это компактное упрощённое представление о бизнесе, предназначенное для целостного представления и анализа деятельности всей системы взаимосвязанных бизнес-процессов». Если же говорить более простым языком, то бизнес-модель можно описать как логическое отображение того, как работает компания на всех своих уровнях и, что самое главное, – как обеспечивает себе продажи и прибыль. Еще более простым языком – это графическое или схематическое представление того, как вы видите свой бизнес. Бытует мнение, что понять идею будущего бизнеса на все 200% можно только после того, как она будет представлена на бумаге, ведь придумать гораздо легче, чем написать словами или нарисовать. Это как нельзя точно описывает суть бизнес-моделей.
Попытаемся объяснить на практических примерах. Все мы вкратце знаем, как работают самые обычные магазины. Они выстраивают взаимоотношения с поставщиками, подыскивают более выгодные варианты, а затем реализуют продукцию покупателям посредством продажи в привычных магазинах или online. Основной канал дохода – продажи. Именно эта схема и является бизнес-моделью торговых точек. Только очень упрощенной и словесной. Работая над идеей своего стартапа, вам придется создавать такую же модель, тщательно продумывая этапы производства, привлечения клиентов и появления долгожданных продаж. Предупреждаем сразу – это довольно длительный процесс постоянных исправлений и корректировок.
Найдите отличияПрочитав первые два абзаца этой статьи, вы, скорее всего, подумали о том, что бизнес-модель имеет много общего со стратегией компании, которая тоже отображает схему работы стартапа и его взаимосвязи. На самом деле, все не совсем так. Бизнес-модель отличается от стратегии двумя ключевыми пунктами:•бизнес-модель фокусируется на создании ценности и получении прибыли, а стратегия заточена под выработку устойчивого конкурентного преимущества;•разработка бизнес-модели не требует значительных знаний бизнес-среды (по крайней мере, на начальных этапах), а в вопросах стратегии без сложного анализа внешних факторов не обойтись.
Есть еще несколько моментов, которые начинающему стартаперу лучше узнать в самом начале работы над бизнес-моделью, чтобы не заработать лишних проблем там, где этого вполне можно избежать:
1.Ваша бизнес-модель будет изменяться не один десяток раз. К этому нужно быть готовым морально. То, что вы видите на бумаге, скорее всего, приобретет совсем другой вид после тщательных проработок и проверок реальными условиями.
2.Тестировать и отслеживать модель бизнеса лучше не на пустом месте, а на базе уже готовых систематических основ. Одним из самых известных является шаблон, разработанный Александром Остервальдером, состоящий из 9 блоков. Каждый из этих блоков отражает один из элементов работы компании – основные сегменты клиентов, описание ценностного предложения, каналы для донесения информации о предложении клиентам, перечень доходов и т.д.
3.Приоритет при разработке бизнес-модели нужно отдавать не получению прибыли, а разработке уникального предложения и ценности.
4.Над бизнес-моделью стартаперу придется серьезно потрудиться, поскольку именно эта работа ляжет в основу всего замысла.
Вы серьезно?Даже несмотря на то, что разработка бизнес-модели очень важна и, прежде чем приступать к ее реализации, нужно, как минимум, семь раз отмерить, в мире стартапов встречаются самые невероятные примеры моделей. На первый взгляд, они просто не имеют никакого отношения к реальному предпринимательству. Но практика доказывает обратное, и компании достигают успеха. Как вам такие идеи для проектов:
1.Американская компания CDRKING покупает электронику в Китае, а потом перепродает ее на рынке США. Ничего замысловатого. Но «фишка» в том, что цена предложенной техники достаточна низка при неплохом качестве. Но, тем не менее, покупатели отдают себе отчет в том, что, по сути, покупают товары, которые, могут сломаться и отправиться в мусорный контейнер уже на следующий день. Но спрос не падает.2.Компания Trends Guide Catalan из Барселоны предлагает за регистрацию на сайте и пополнение клиентом своего счета на символические 5 евро раз в полгода, каждые две недели получать пять любых продуктовых товаров абсолютно бесплатно в любом магазине. Такая акция направлена не на получение прибыли, а на продвижение брендов в массы.3.Идея всем известного проекта BlackSocks, предлагающего подписку на получение самых обычных носков по почте, в самом начале вызывала у общественности просто улыбку. Но этот сервис смог доказать свою жизнеспособность и пользовался большой популярностью. Проект успешно работал за счет качества носков и более высоких, чем в обычных магазинах, цен. Расчет основывался на том, что клиенты будут готовы платить за удобство.Подытожив все то, что уже было сказано выше, можно констатировать, что разработка бизнес-модели – это, пожалуй, первый по-настоящему серьезный шаг к созданию своего бизнеса. И, если стартапер все же решился на него, то, скорее всего и дальше все у него получится. Главное – не отступать от своей цели и не упускать ее из виду ни на миг.
